Convert indesign cc2015 for mac to cs5 for windows. When I create an appointment from my Outlook 2016 computers and insert an image (basic.jpg), I'm the only one that sees the image. I had another user try the same scenario and they got the same results. When I create the same appointment from another computer with Outlook 2010, everyone sees the same image. There is no red X or any other indication that I ever inserted the image to any user. I see the image, everyone else just sees whatever text I entered. Any thoughts on how I can get my Office 2016 to let others see images I'm inserting? Hi Jon, Please try sending meeting request by using Rich Text format in Outlook 2016 as a workaround. Then the inserted picture will be viewable on all Outlook version. When creating a meeting request in Outlook 2016, do the following steps: • Click New Meeting in Home tab. • On the Format Text tab, in the Format group, click Aa Rich Text. • Insert the picture and send the meeting request. Have a look on them. • • P.S:- for more assistance please feel free to ask. Thanks & Regards kelvin Howard.
